Returns

  • Eligibility: We accept returns on unused and undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.


  • Initiating a return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return.


  • Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.


  • Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow several days for the refund to be processed.


Exchanges

  • We are happy to offer exchanges for items of a different size or color. Please follow the same return process as outlined above, and specify that you would like an exchange.
